So I just e-mailed Tim Cook of Apple to ask if he him self can offer any advice on how we can make the Apple Repair shop a reality. Oh gosh I hope he/someone answers! We just can’t invest $500,000+ in a shop that may never get to do warranty work. I know we can be all aces on the customer service side and with the group I have ready we can have an amazing turn around time on repairs and have them done right the first time.
