I was all happy when I got an e-mail from progressive saying

“Your rate went down! Enjoy the same benefits you’ve come to expect, now at a lower cost.”

It went down $0.26 every month or $2.09 for the 6 month policy. 

What the hell can I buy with my $0.26 savings?Not even candy from a machine or make a payphone call.
