I started wondering about something today.  My grandad had alzheimer’s.  He’s from the time when people married for life.  None of that divorce crap.  What’s going to happen with my generation in 30-40 years when the mind starts slipping back to the time of young love in our 20’s and playing videogames?  Am I going to be sitting in the living room watching tv and reminisce about a girl I was with for many years and Futurama?

Here’s why USA’s transportation frustrates me.

I want to travel 400 miles to pick up an $850 car on a weekend soon.

Option 1. Fly there: $400 for a one way plane ticket and 1 transfer, travel time 3 hours.

Option 2. Rail there: $200 for a one way train ticket to closets station and 2 transfers, travel time 14 hours and still need transport 40 miles to next town.

Option 3. Bus there: $50 for a one way bus ticket that for some reason does not run to the city I need on weekends, travel time 15 hours.
