The other night I was at Waffle House for dinner and I heard the most amazing thing.  A waitress there told her co-worker that she’s new, please go easy on her.  The cook put down his stuff and made eye contact with the lady.  He told her “honey don’t worry about it, we’re all on the same team.  I’m here to help you”

Amazing!  It made my night after a failed attempt at going to Dennys.  I remember a few years ago when going to Dennys meant awesome food and a fun wait staff.  Lately it’s been getting worse.  Smaller portions, wait staff taking 15-20 minutes to get drinks out and they simply aren’t fun any more.  Waffle House runs the risk of getting hair in my food but it’s the same now as it was 20 years ago.

Apple fan boys are bad.  Corporate Apple fan boys are worse.  Corporate Apple Lawyers are paid to be the best.  Apple knows it cannot fight Google.  Apple cannot fight HTC since Foxconn builds for both HTC and Apple and Foxconn has expressed they would side with anyone but Apple.  LG had an iPad of their own 11 years ago called the iPad including the little i big P.  Cisco has IOS and Iphone.  Samsung was in the business of making feature phones, digital cameras and home appliances until Android was on the table.  So the lawyers have found a target in Samsung and are continuing Steve Jobs legacy of crushing any competition any way possible.
